I have been thinking about what I will want to do if I ever find the time to start a little business. I have often thought about organizing somebody else’s room or house as a challenge. I think it will be a fun way to start home based business. Imagine getting a call from clients who are at their wit’s end trying to put their space in order. They will pay you big bucks just to throw away things.
It will be a physically demanding job. I know that I will need a lot of patience. But with the help of the client and a plan of action I know that I can do the job. I will get my boxes and trash bags ready. Working one room at a time, I will start from top to bottom, cleaning out drawers, desk and closet space. I will negotiate hard about things that should be discarded and keep only key pieces. In the end I will find fulfillment in seeing how my client is so happy about the new uncluttered look of her house.
