There is a big difference between cooking stoves for residential use and one for commercial use. Aside from the fact that commercial ranges are bigger in size there are also certain features that are not necessary in residential stoves. For one, there should be a really efficient ventilation system when using a commercial range. When using a residential stove, a standard hood will suffice. It is also necessary to provide more space for people to comfortably move around.

If a commercial range is being installed, the assumption is that some kind of culinary commercial project is in the works. For sure other appliances and equipment will also be needed. It is important that all appliances are chosen to contribute to an efficient kitchen. They should work together to create an environment that is safe and maximally productive.
