One thing I learned in the playground is, it is always wise to have lots of friends. No man is an island. You will always need someone’s help in order to succeed. That is why friends are important. These friends will be your business network when you need them.
Growing up I was always book smart. My brother on the other hand barely graduated high school because of dyslexia. He is, however, street smart. He always had a gang doing things for him. Later when we grew up, he used the same gang and his knack of making friends to create a big business network. When he started his business, because of his vast business network, he hit the ground running instead of walking in the dark.
